As part of Downtown Works Week, Isthmus|TheDailyPage.com is presenting Madison's #1 Happy Hour - the happy hour of a lifetime. This is your chance to stop at one of your three favorite Downtown Madison bars to prove they are the #1 Happy Hour location.
